Lead Time
Time frame for our order shipment may vary due to busy seasons and volume of orders. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on destination. Once order is ready to ship, the customer will be automatically notified by e-mail with tracking information.

Defects
If there are any manufacturing defects we will replace the defective unit. We offer lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, however any modifications perform by customer voids warranty.

Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us for RMA authorization prior to sending your item back for replacement or refund. **Orders returned without RMA form will automatically incur a 20% restocking fee without exception. 

• Products which have been altered or damaged by customer do not qualify for an exchange or return.

• A 20% restocking fee “may” apply (inquire prior to return). 

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customer pays for return shipping unless otherwise authorized or if the wrong item was sent at fault of 41.22 Team.

• You MUST initiate refund request within 30 days and ship back product within 14 days after RMA approval.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to the time it is ready to ship. Once tracking is uploaded the order cannot be cancelled. For order to be considered cancelled a confirmation e-mail with the cancellation request must be received from us. Refund will only be issued to the original form of payment.
