Time frame for our order shipment may vary due to busy seasons and volume of orders.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on destination. Once order is ready to ship, the customer will be automatically notified by e-mail with tracking information.
Defects
If there are any manufacturing defects we will replace the defective unit. We offer lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, however any modifications perform by customer voids warranty.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us for an RMA (return authorization) before sending your item back for replacement or refund. You can start that from our support page — just tell the chat you’d like to return an item. Orders returned without RMA authorization will automatically incur a 20% restocking fee without exception.
- Products which have been altered or damaged by customer do not qualify for an exchange or return.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns. Please state the reason for your return on the RMA form — the fee may be waived where the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For convenience we can provide a pre-paid return label, with its cost deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error (a defective or incorrect item was sent), we cover return shipping.
- You MUST initiate refund request within 30 days and ship back product within 14 days after RMA approval.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to the time it is ready to ship. Once tracking is uploaded the order cannot be cancelled. For order to be considered cancelled a confirmation e-mail with the cancellation request must be received from us. Refund will only be issued to the original form of payment.
